"I started eating for my blood type. Exercising a bit more. Staying hydrated. Cut way back on smoking, 5 cigarettes not 15/day. Rare minimal alcohol. I was eating very healthy, but with my blood type cabbage, cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, avocados, oranges, are all harmful to my health! Who would have thought. Cutting out all the healthy harmful foods has made a tremendous difference in how I feel. The other slight changes may have made a difference, but the food changes were the key to my health. My doctor is amazed and happy with the results. Only took this pill a few days. It was awful. That’s when I ran across, Eating for your blood type."

Inspra (eplerenone) "I was prescribed Inspra when valsartan caused very low BP. I was also taking low dose Beta-Blockers. Unfortunately Inspra had the same effect. It would help if these drugs were available in combined forms, starting at very low doses in order to minimize non-compliance amongst patients who experience troubling side effects. Inspra did not have any noticeable symptomatic benefits but the low BP was very unacceptable."
