For Postoperative Ocular Inflammation "I really don't know the effectiveness, but I do know this medicine causes me severe burning, sometimes lasting for hours at a reduced level. Although the doctor said this does happen and isn't something to be concerned about, I have my doubts. I have been using it for 2 weeks, 3 times per day, and have a week to go."

"Used, on the advice of a walk-in clinic GP, after being poked in the eye by an iris (type of flower) leaf to relieve a burning sensation and blurry vision. Before prescribing, he confirmed there were no scratches or other damage. Worked from the first drop. Despite the temporary burning sensation and having to take it four times a day, I will definitely use it again, if needed."

For Postoperative Ocular Inflammation "I was prescribed these drops for post-cataract surgery. The drops do burn considerably when they go into your eye. Since I had rebound inflammation after my surgery, I needed to be on these drops for longer than usual. They are not very good at stopping the inflammation and pain. I had to be put on strong steroids."
