"I tried Clomid when I was trying to get pregnant and having no luck. I wasn't ovulating, so the doctor prescribed me Clomid 100mg and the first time I took it, I got pregnant with twins, a boy and a girl!!! Perfectly normal pregnancy. Healthy babies; they are now 6 months!! Clomid does work for some people - twins do run in my family as well."

"My experience with Clomid has been wonderful. It really works. Just last month, I was prescribed 50mg of Clomid after trying to conceive for over a year with PCOS and had taken Metformin up to 2,000mg a day. Just last week, I got a positive on two home pregnancy tests and a positive on a lab blood draw. Baby dust to all :) Don't stop believing."

"I did not think it would work. Did 4 rounds of Clomid. 50mg, 100mg, 150mg & 50mg. I had no side effects except for a large, non-painful cyst on the 150mg which required me to wait 1 month before trying 50mg again and to be tested for ovarian cancer. Started 50mg again in October 2017, cycle days 2-7 and had blood drawn on day 21 to see if it increased progesterone. I waited, thinking it wasn’t going to work. I had bad cramping for 1-2 weeks & decided to test before calling my doctor to see what was wrong. I found out I was pregnant on November 3rd, 2017. My daughter is now 17 months old!"

"I tried one cycle of Clomid. I had sex on August 6th. My cycle started on August 7th. I started Clomid 100mg on August 10th (7 eggs on my left & 6 eggs on my right). The right tube was fully blocked! My cycle ended on August 13th. I found out I was pregnant on August 18th, which I didn't fully understand. I do know sperm can survive up to 6 days inside a woman. My body must have released eggs before my cycle was fully off. I couldn't believe it, I'm still in shock. That medication truly works. I believe I'm pregnant with triplets or twins, my hcg level was 35 on August 18th. That was extremely quick. This is my first pregnancy!"

"Took Clomid in the early 1980s due to PCOS. Gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. Three years later (without Clomid) had a baby boy. To this day, I'm still so thankful for the drug. Don't give up, your wonderful life is waiting to happen!"

"I started Clomid 50mg in May 2021. My first cycle didn’t work. I continued in June with my 2nd cycle, and guess what? I missed my period because it was supposed to start on the 28th of June. Today is the 8th of July! I have anxiety about taking the pregnancy test, but I’ll definitely test next week on Tuesday."

"I took Clomid for the first time last month. My husband and I tried for a year. I have a blocked Fallopian tube. I had to use estrogen medicine also because my uterine lining was too thin. Then my doctor had me use HCG shot to stimulate ovulation since Clomid can apparently mess up if/when ovulation occurs. I took the HCG shot over 2 weeks ago. I noticed some weird symptoms a few days ago and I just took multiple pregnancy tests. And I'm pregnant! So Clomid worked great for me so far. Yay!"

"After over a year of trying naturally (while missing periods) and a year of trying with my periods like clockwork (with the help of Metformin), my fiance and I got pregnant on my first round of Clomid. I have Polycystic ovarian syndrome, and it was determined that I was having anovulatory cycles. 50mg for 5 days, paired with Estradiol and Progesterone suppositories. The only side effects I noticed were hot flashes, but Estradiol is known to cause those so I am not sure that it was the Clomid. Any side effects would have been tolerable to conceive our child. This drug is seriously a miracle worker."

"Hi! I'm 31 years old. Been trying to get pregnant for 5 years already. I'm taking Clomid this month, my ovulation starts this week. But I've been feeling so weird, like I have all the side effects lately. I did Clomid in the past and it didn't work, not even with the side effects. Does that mean this time it is working because I've been feeling all types of ways, nauseous, dizzy, tired, sleepy, insomnia, indigestion, body aches, emotional... does this happen to you before getting pregnant or ovulating?"

"I took Provera and Clomid 26 years ago to conceive my son. It took about 6 months. Just when I was about to give up, a miracle happened. I went on to have 2 daughters without any treatment 2 and 4 years later. Good luck, ladies!"

"My husband and I experienced several miscarriages and ectopic pregnancies over a 9-year span. I ended up with only 1 fallopian tube after an ectopic pregnancy, so my chances to conceive were cut in half. After losing 5 babies, my OB/GYN finally recommended Clomid in January 2016. I took it once and became pregnant in February, but the pregnancy had to be terminated because the baby was not in the sac. I started taking it every other month before completely stopping and giving up hope. After about 3-4 months of stopping Clomid, I became pregnant again in December 2016. I now have an almost 2-year-old, healthy baby girl. I believe Clomid got my ovaries working again, and that is why we have my little rainbow baby today. I would definitely recommend this medication for infertility. Don't stop trying, keep hope!"

"I took 2 months of the medication and conceived during the second month. I was ecstatic! This was my first pregnancy. The pregnancy was a breeze, the birth was awesome! I have a beautiful baby girl! Planning my next pregnancy for Fall 2016. I can only hope and pray I have the same experience! Very, very pleased!"

"I have always wanted to be a mother. My husband and I began trying in October 2016. I never really ovulated regularly. I started taking Clomid on day 2 of my cycle. And I started my AF on October 30th. By the first of November, I was pregnant. It took one cycle of Clomid 100mg. I had placenta previa by the time I was 16 weeks, but with regular visits to the doctor, they monitored the issue until it naturally resolved itself by week 20. Now we have our first beautiful son whom I thank God for every day. We just celebrated his 1st birthday."

"My first child was conceived naturally. The second time around wasn't so easy. My doctor prescribed Clomid 50mg, and I got pregnant the first month. She is now 11. My third was on Clomid as well; she is 7 now. Trying for my final baby; in the first month waiting period to find out if I have a BFP. The OPK showed positive, so my fingers are crossed. Clomid is a miracle drug for sure."

"I AM Pregnant. I am over 45 + being trying 7 years since the last MC . My Dr prescribed Clomid 200 mg days 2-6. He said to baby dance 1 week from the first day of my first Clomid dose . Which we did , every other day starting on CD9 . I had severe hot flashes , sweating , mood swings and blurry vision issue even after a week of stopping it . Well I had only 1 opk no available Opk in stock to track ovulation and my Basal thermometer all of a sudden was broken .The one I did do had 1 light-medium line . I could not continue monitoring to see if the line was getting darker . It was as if God was telling me to just trust Him in this whole process . We just did DD every other day . Well on CD 29 I took a pregnancy test it was POSITIVE!!!!! I praise God for answering my prayers ."

"Had an ectopic pregnancy so only have 1 fallopian tube, this made me so sad but my doctor was so positive that I will be able to have babies. He gave me Clomid, took it on the 5th day of my period for 5 days, and had a positive pregnancy test. Now my baby is going to be 5 years old, so happy. I have been trying for 2 years to have the second one with no success, so he put me on Clomid again starting on Saturday. Wish me luck."

"I started clomiphene on 2-6 July after trying naturally for a year which didn't work. I'm 39 and was worried about my age so I thought of trying clomiphene. I missed my periods and did a pregnancy test on 2 August and it came positive, which is today, I'm very excited and surprised at the same time. Good luck to you all who are still trying, it shall surely happen just don't stress or panic about it."

"I’m 29 years old and  I was put on 100mg Clomid for both first and second cycle and I had hot flushes but still I did not ovulate. I have now been given 150mg and I’m on day 3 of my cycle today. I’m very inspired by the positive posts of you all and I’m hoping to be updating you about my successful pregnancy test in around two weeks from today (I’m really positive about this one)"

"I have PCOS. We tried to conceive for 6 years before we went on Clomid. I got pregnant on the 3rd month. She is 4, now we are trying again, but this time seems harder. We have been on Clomid for over a year. I conceived but miscarried conjoined twins at 11 weeks. My doctor says we can try again in 3 months, so back on the Clomid I go."

"I found out I wasn't ovulating at 24 years old. It was very hard for me, and I never thought at this young age I would have issues getting pregnant. I also had an issue with my period, so my GYN prescribed Clomid 50mg to take on day 4 of my period for 4 days. I took Provera to induce a period before taking the Clomid. I looked up reviews on the medication, and it was a success for some and not for others. My period came on Thanksgiving, November 24th. I started taking the Clomid on November 28th and did ovulation checking from day 12 of my period. At day 28, nothing happened, but my doctor encouraged me to keep tracking my ovulation and come see her at day 35 if I don't get my period. I found out I am pregnant on December 27. Wow."

"Me and my partner have been ttc for 2.5 years. My partners test results came back normal, but I have PCOS and do not have regular periods. Firstly I took Provera to bring me on my period and then took clomid 50mg day 2-6. I took this for 3 months and then didn’t come on my period, although it was a negative result. I went for a HSG and all was clear so I restarted my Provera and then clomid 50mg. I then didn’t come on my period but test was negative. I asked the Dr about upping my dose but he said do another cycle of 50mg for the 5th time?! I’ve read and heard a lot of people had there dose upped each month that it wasn’t a success ? I feel very frustrated and feel like he’s completely wasted nearly all of my chances on clomid? I’ve taken matters into my own hands now but would appreciate someone else’s view on it ? Xx"

"My husband had varicocele surgery to correct his own infertility issue. When I did not then become pregnant, tests revealed that I was not ovulating. I was prescribed Clomid and conceived the first month. Our twin sons were born in the fall of 1980, 10 weeks premature but are healthy, grown men now."
