Cemiplimab "As a 57-year-old healthy male, I was shocked to be diagnosed with metastasized Stage 4 squamous cancer of the parotid (saliva) gland in April 2024. The first doctor suggested radiation treatment, and the second doctor recommended surgery (radical parotidectomy and neck dissection). I then went to MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. They suggested Libtayo (cemiplimab) every 3 weeks. After 6 weeks, the tumors had shrunk 75%, and by 6 weeks, the tumors were completely gone... no surgery, no radiation, just GONE!!!! I will continue to receive infusions for the next few months, but as far as I am concerned, I am cured. Minimal side effects - some tiredness... that's about all for me. Thank you, Regeneron and MD Anderson... you have saved my life! I will pitch this medicine to anyone and everyone with SCC/BCC. A HAPPY customer!"

Cemiplimab "I'm alive today because of Libtayo. It truly has been a wonder drug for me. It brought me back from death's door when I was in hospice with leptomeningeal disease from squamous cell carcinoma. My cancer was virtually eliminated at the time. Two years later, I am practicing law again, living life and loving every minute. I'm back on Libtayo as the cancer has flared up in my spine, but I have no side effects except some moderate fatigue. I'm sorry for people who get skin rashes and other problems, but my experience is wonderful. I was the first Mayo Jacksonville patient to receive the drug (right after FDA approval), and it has far surpassed its expectations. The nurses and doctors here speak of the drug very highly."

Cemiplimab "Overall, I felt good, except for the terrible itching that started on my back, then my sides, then my legs, then my head. I tried everything the doctor prescribed and a dozen creams and powders, they only work temporarily, an hour or so. Then my itching has turned into several sores, large, rash-like, and painful. I wish I knew what would help me with this. I want to keep the treatment going as it's working on my CSCC and NSCLC. I have been on therapy for 8 months. I have 4 months to go. Pray for me. Thank you."

Cemiplimab "Squamous cell carcinoma diagnosis in June 2020. Radical surgery of head and neck (parotid gland). I then had 30 sessions of radiation. A CT scan three months later showed a cancerous lymph node on the collarbone. Stage four SCC diagnosis given. Libtayo every three weeks resulted in lymph node normalization. Now currently on a four-week cycle. The oncologist won’t say I am cancer-free, but no cancer present. Because I still get squamous cell lesions externally, the oncologist thinks I should continue. It’s been 3 1/2 years so far and will continue until my body no longer accepts it. Thankfully, I have VA care to cover most of the costs. Just get itchy and a little nausea occasionally."

Cemiplimab "Had one treatment, and after 3 days I got a headache, diarrhea, rash, chills, felt weak, and ended up in the hospital for 3 days. I am now on prednisone to combat the rash, and it has been 2 weeks and has not improved. Got off of Libtayo because of severe side effects. Now have to seek further treatment for side effects. Cancer has moved to the back burner. Very frustrating."

Cemiplimab "Have been on Libtayo for 3 months. I've noticed it causes fatigue, but not so bad. In the last 2 weeks, I have experienced dry mouth, which is very annoying, and decreased appetite. All the squamous cell tumors on my scalp have all but disappeared. Will continue on therapy."
