For GERD "Acid reflux (GERD) have not had a severe attack for well over 5 years when Zantac and its prescription equivalent were still available. Never tried Pepcid Complete before yesterday. But after suffering for more than 48 hours, and being recommended by a pharmacist, I rushed off to the pharmacy and invested in Pepcid Complete. Took it right there in the store before even paying, as the acid just kept coming up. And darn if it wasn't like instant relief or what, less than two seconds after chewing the one tablet. Thank you, Pepcid Complete. So much better than Zantac or its prescription equivalent! Wish I would have known sooner."

For GERD "I was terrified of the side effects of the PPI that I was on, so I tried Pepcid Complete. It worked so fast that I was stunned and very happy. I actually slept through the night without an acid reflux attack."

For GERD "I occasionally had reflux, which was painful and scary. My doctor recommended Pepcid Complete, and it solved the problem instantly! What a wonderful relief! He said to only take when needed, which is so much better than a daily dose of something that kills the GOOD stuff along with the bad!"

For GERD "Started taking Pepcid after being prescribed pantoprazole (a proton pump inhibitor) by my internist to treat a minor case (level 1) of Barrett's Esophagus. Pantoprazole caused me massive constipation problems (requiring constant use of Miralax) and it can cause osteoporosis when used long term. Besides the constipation, my orthopedic surgeon (I've had 2 knee replacements) suggested switching to Pepcid because of the issues with osteoporosis and felt this was an unacceptable risk for my artificial knee joints. I used Pepcid for over a year and a half and when my next upper GI was done to check my Barrett's issue, my internist indicated my overall condition had improved. In fact, tissue samples taken during my upper GI indicated the tissue did not show presence of Barrett's at all. No more proton pump medicines for me. There are generic versions of Pepcid also available."

For GERD "I have a 4cm hiatal hernia which causes my GERD. I've been unable to tolerate omeprazole. A Dr. friend told me about Pepcid Complete. It was a lifesaver for me. That, along with elevating my bed 6 inches, losing weight, and following the Acid Watchers Diet. I've been on it every night for three years now. I also just gave up sugar and have even had a few nights where I didn't have to take Pepcid! I'll continue the no sugar and very little wine once in a while. And will continue to take Pepcid as needed."
