For Plaque Psoriasis "I have severe psoriasis. Winter and stress make it worse. Nothing helped until I used this. I had psoriasis on my ear which would crack. In 24 hrs the spot was gone. The rest of my body over 4 weeks was immensely better like almost gone. Combining it with light therapy which I had to stop due to cost had amazing results. Almost 100% clearing. It is a little messy but a few ruined bedsheets and frustrating mess is worth the clearing I had with this."

For Plaque Psoriasis "This is my second review...update... It's been about 30 days since I stopped using Enstilar and the skin where I applied it is awful. It's destroyed my skin. It doesn't look or feel like skin anymore - it's more like cheap bonded leather. I'm going to write about my dreadful experience with this product to the lazy dermatologist who prescribed it to me. I couldn't be more upset."

For Plaque Psoriasis "Within 24 hours, it started to work. Now, after 1 week of use, it has almost cleared up. No more itching and flaky skin... fabulous! The only bad thing is that when using it on my hair, it leaves it very greasy."

For Psoriasis "My doctor prescribed this treatment and it worked very well until I ran out or missed a day....now my psoriasis has come back worse than it was before. I can’t keep up! The patches on my face hurt and are splitting and bleeding and raw, the rest of my body (I’m covered head to toe) is itchy, scaly and red. I could deal with it before with the steroid cream but now there’s too much to cover. Don’t let the doctor give this to you, you’ll regret it."

For Plaque Psoriasis "like others have said, it's a foam but it's sticky like glue. It's helps a little bit in keeping flare ups at bay and it may get rid of some very small spots, but it's not going to do much for any large inflamed patches."

For Plaque Psoriasis "So I've been using Enstilar for just about 2 weeks and I have noticed a significant clearing of the Plaque build up on my Elbows and behind the my knees. Also it has completely cleared the psoriasis in and around my ears with 3 applications! I actually noticed a change 24 hours after the first application. I was hesitant at first because my insurance will not cover the entire cost and the co-pay card did not help much. But, I'm glad I bit the bullet and had the prescription filled. I haven't worn shorts or short sleeves in a year and thought to myself, well $200 for some self confidence is a small price to pay."

For Plaque Psoriasis "Seems to really work at first but as others have mentioned the psoriasis comes back more aggressively. If anything it has made my psoriasis much worse as new patches have started as a result of use. The application is horrible, firstly don't use this near anyone with asthma as it sets my husbands chest off terribly. What ever room you use it in it coats the whole room on a fine mist which is awful to clean off anything, leaving surfaces sticky and smooth floor very slippy. I would not recommend this medication as the cons far outlay the pros. May be better if they did a version in a cream."

For Psoriasis "This was prescribed to me for scalp psoriasis after trying a medical shampoo and another topical lotion with no relief from the itch and flakes. I found within the first few applications it relieved the itch and got rid of about 90% of the plaques on my scalp. I have been using it for almost a month now and its made a worlds difference for me! The only reason I've not given it a 10/10 is how greasy it is, its hard to apply and much harder to remove from my hair. After trying a couple of things I've found that the trick is to use baby oil to break down the stickiness and use dish soap to wash it out (I do this step at night before bed) then in the morning I use Loreal's extraordinary clay hair mask to absorb the remaining baby oil!"

For Plaque Psoriasis "I suffer with severe atopic dermatitis . Over a year ago I developed psoriasis on my scalp, behind ears & forehead! I had been to my GP many times, he just kept telling me it was my eczema that had affected this and triggered it ! He just kept prescribing me steroid creams . I eventually got a dermatology appointment in the hospital. They prescribed me enstilar, and no joke, after one application it removed all flakes and hard lumpy skin on my scalp . 4 days of using it and my psoriasis is completely gone! Even the itch & the redness!! I will continue to use this once a week to keep it all at bay . But I would 100000% recommend it ."

For Plaque Psoriasis "Don't waste your time buying the foam. It comes out ice cold hardly, evaporates instantly and you will need a can just to cover affected areas. I called to complain, they said that is how it comes out and even said that many people have complained about same issue."

For Plaque Psoriasis "I've been using Enstilar for about three weeks. All the scaley tissue is completely gone and the red spots are clearing up. It's great stuff. Because I live in the UK, it's free to me. I looked it up and if I had to buy it, it would be £60 per can"

For Plaque Psoriasis "I have had psoriasis for last 20 years and used many different medicines including injecting methotrexate and none of them worked. I was sceptical about Enstilar foam but I used it daily for 4 weeks and the results are amazing. I've stopped using it now for about a month and my skin still seems to be improving and I am hopeful for the future now."

For Psoriasis "Would not recommend to anyone- whilst using Enstilar my skin cleared up and was almost completely gone however, after I stopped using it my skin flared up to the point where it is now the worst it has ever been! It has spread so much and I have new patches of psoriasis in areas of my body where I never had it before e.g. on my arms- please avoid if you haven't started using it yet- it isn't worth it for very temporary results!"

For Psoriasis "This stuff is made of nightmares. The rebound is terrifying. The only reason I can think its so worse than daivobet is that the spray puts a fine mist of enstilar all over your skin and furniture. It's impossible to apply it locally to plaques. But that's just a guess, I can only give personal experience, every time I use this stuff my psoriasis comes back 10 times more aggressive. My psorasis was never as bad as it is today until I started this stuff, ended up on biologics. It works in the short term, but in weeks you're begging the doctor for pills or injections. Never again."

For Psoriasis "For the first week on Enstilar, I thought it was helping my Psoriasis, but after two weeks, it was definitely getting worse. Stopped using it after two weeks as the psoriasis was redder with larger patches....some even appeared infected. I know it is the Ensilar because I did not use the product on my arms and they are fine. I used the most on my lower legs and a little on my upper legs and the lower legs are significantly worse than the upper legs."

For Psoriasis "I have psoriasis for the last 18 years (currently 34). For a long time, it was only on the scalp, but later it decided to visit me in multiple places (lower legs, torso). I've tried multiple solutions in the past like Dovobet, Xamiol for the scalp, etc. Last year, my doctor prescribed me Enstilar - in the beginning (like most of the people here) I was delighted. I tried it both on the scalp and body and it worked amazingly well! However, once I stop using it (either because I feel clean or because I run out of the product), psoriasis comes back much more aggressively. For me, it still works. Once I apply it, the next day I feel much better and with 3-4 applications, I can clear the plaques. However, the problem is that I now have psoriasis in places I never had before and it feels like I need to use Enstilar daily or every other day. I don't know if Enstilar is the reason for psoriasis appearing in new places, it could be age, lifestyle, stress, weather, etc. But for sure, my psoriasis does come back once I stop using it."

For Plaque Psoriasis "Been using Enstilar for about 4 years... @ first it was used primarily as a touch up for Enbrel and worked great .. But... I fell off the Enbrell wagon due to the leg sting, injector aversion and a royal pain in the butt co pay assistance program. What a yank! Now just on Enstilar and seeking a decent base drug to build on as even though it helps greatly with plaques and redness I just don't think Enstilar is a qualified continuous base treatment for this condition."

For Plaque Psoriasis "Have had moderate psoriasis since age 11 (26 years). Nothing has ever worked treatment wise. Was admitted to hospital 3 weeks ago ( for mental health reasons) and the doctor prescribed Enstilar as soon as they saw my skin. My skin has dramatically improved. Started to see a difference after the 2nd application. I am very impressed. Just hope it continues to improves and I can become psoriasis free, or at least almost psoriasis free. I'm from UK and Enstilar was free of charge on our NHS."

For Plaque Psoriasis "I have suffered from psoriasis for many years and had every cream and ointment! Even strong medication for 10 years! I have recently been prescribed this and it worked within 24 hours!! After reading other reviews I'm so glad that I get this on the NHS and don't have to pay! Definitely recommend trying this product."

For Psoriasis "I have used Enstilar many times and yes it does work wonders in just a few days. I apply it every night and let it dry for 20 minutes before I apply moisturizer. I do this every day for 2-4 weeks and then I go to just applying it twice a week. The only problem is that psoriasis starts coming back when I only apply it twice a week and if I quit then psoriasis gets even worse than it was, to begin with. It is also so messy and sticky so it is not that easy. I like it but at the same time, I feel like it’s not worth it because psoriasis just comes back after a while."

For Psoriasis "This stuff is the only thing that works for me. I live in a sunny country and still get it on my face, jawline and around the ears. When I start to feel it coming back I spray this once a day for a few days and it’s gone. Same effect on genital region too. Elbows and knees are more stubborn and it’s like 40 bucks a can so I only use when it starts to itch. I tried the oil based version of this and it’s not as effective, there’s something with the delivery medium in the can that makes it work."

For Psoriasis "Have been using for psoriasis on my feet for a week now. The cold spray feels good to my itchy, dry , cracked feet. I can already tell it is working faster than the Clobetasol ointment I have used for years. I paid $75 for one 60gram can. More than I want to pay, but better than other prices I am seeing here."
