"ENSTILAR 1. Expensive. One 60g foam costs; without insurance = $1000. With good insurance = $500. Insurance + coupon = $100. 2. Dosage: Daily for 4+ weeks. Usual 60g EVERY 4 days. 3. Total Costs: 4 weeks = 120 days / 4 = 30 cans. Without insurance $1000 x 30 = $30,000. With good insurance $500 x 30 = $15,000. Insurance + coupon $100 x 30 = $3,000. 4. Effectiveness: Approximately 4-6 months +/-"

"Been using Enstilar for about 4 years. At first, it was used primarily as a touch-up for Enbrel and worked great. But I fell off the Enbrel wagon due to the leg sting, injector aversion, and a royal pain in the butt co-pay assistance program. What a yank! Now just on Enstilar and seeking a decent base drug to build on as, even though it helps greatly with plaques and redness, I just don't think Enstilar is a qualified continuous base treatment for this condition."

"Have had moderate psoriasis since age 11 (26 years). Nothing has ever worked treatment-wise. Was admitted to the hospital 3 weeks ago (for mental health reasons), and the doctor prescribed Enstilar as soon as they saw my skin. My skin has dramatically improved. Started to see a difference after the 2nd application. I am very impressed. Just hope it continues to improve and I can become psoriasis-free or at least almost psoriasis-free. I'm from the UK, and Enstilar was free of charge on our NHS."

"I have suffered from psoriasis for many years and had every cream and ointment! Even strong medication for 10 years! I have recently been prescribed this, and it worked within 24 hours!! After reading other reviews, I'm so glad that I get this on the NHS and don't have to pay! Definitely recommend trying this product."

"Like others have said, it's a foam, but it's sticky like glue. It helps a little bit in keeping flare-ups at bay, and it may get rid of some very small spots, but it's not going to do much for any large, inflamed patches."

"I just started using the product for a week. Not sure if I'm using it correctly. I'm doing what the doctor told me, and that was for two weeks to apply a thin coat to the affected area. So far, after one week, things look good. He said after the second week is done, I'm to use it sparingly and use 6 cream or ointment unless I see an outbreak. Tell me, interesting and concerned about this foam spray that I'm using is that it's freezing cold - like freezer burn - freezer burn is about the only way I can explain it. It's not so, to me, it's more dry and absolutely frigid cold. I don't know if this is normal 'cause my doctor didn't say anything about that."

"I was a psoriasis sufferer for over 30 years, tried all the creams from A-Z, nothing to write home about. Then I tried Enstilar, the product was amazing, but I needed to maintain my psoriasis daily, which I am not good at. Then Skyrizi gets approved, and within 3 months (2 injections for starters, then 1 every 3 months), I am completely clear for over a year."

"I thought it was doing a fantastic job, but then I developed folliculitis from the sheer greasiness of this product. It isn't easy to wash out, and then it plugs up all the follicles on your head. So it works but then causes another problem, which was as equally worse as the original problem. It needs a different medium to transport the active ingredients."

"This is the only stuff that has worked for me over the last 25 years or so, since I started suffering from psoriasis. Like many people with the condition, I was embarrassed to wear shorts and a T-shirt, but Enstilar cleared the plaques, redness, and itching up within a few days. I use it sparingly, and I don’t find the foam a problem or too sticky. Miracle cure for me, but I can see from some reviews that it doesn’t work for everyone. I haven’t used it on my scalp yet. I have some calcipotriol liquid that evaporates quickly when applied to scalp/hair, but it hasn’t worked too well. I’m thinking of trying Enstilar, but can see people have had issues washing it out, so I might just live with it and be happy the rest of my body is clear. Use sparingly. Fantastic results!"

"Can’t seem to get it to work that well. I can’t believe some are paying so much for the stuff! I live in Northern Ireland and get it free of the NHS! Healthcare sucks elsewhere, I guess! Fighting psoriasis is a bloody nightmare!"

"The results are good, however, the product is difficult to use. The drying time is very long, so you need to allow a long time before dressing."

"This is the WORST treatment for your scalp. It is like motor oil, and you cannot get it washed out of your hair."

"Very fast acting, only thing that works for my psoriasis, but as soon as I stop using it, it returns. It’s so expensive that I can’t keep using the product, so the psoriasis returns quickly."

"Just prescribed Enstilar alongside phototherapy, reading how much some of you pay for it. I paid $40.30 at the chemist, but it is on PBS here in Australia."

"Remarkable changes in the condition which I have never experienced before, and I couldn't be happier with the progress so far."

"I have had psoriasis for the last 20 years and used many different medicines, including injecting methotrexate, and none of them worked. I was skeptical about Enstilar foam, but I used it daily for 4 weeks, and the results are amazing. I've stopped using it now for about a month, and my skin still seems to be improving, and I am hopeful for the future now."
