For Epicondylitis, Tennis Elbow "I'm a road warrior and developed the problem from dragging my heavy laptop roll-on around, hoisting it up and then down from overhead bins, etc. Doctors diagnosed it and told me to take anti-inflammatories and not to use the arm for about 6-8 weeks. Not good. Then someone told me about arnica tablets and I got them from a health food store that carried homeopathic products. Took it as directed, sublingually, and after just 3 days the problem went completely away and I've not had it since (4 years ago)."

For Inflammatory Conditions "I had a head injury caused during a car accident. Doctors advised me to undergo brain mapping and could not locate the cause of the headache, labeling the case as a concussion, which actually relates to the brain injury. Rightly said, there were no available medicines to root out the problem except to wait for it to subside, which could take from six months onwards, some advise that a concussion is for a lifetime. When I talked to my parents back in India, I was advised to take Arnica (homeopathic medicine). I tried the medicine for a week and realized that the concussion had actually reduced a lot. Arnica proved to be really effective."

For Inflammatory Conditions "Tincture of Arnica was a staple in my household growing up. I suspect it was an old German remedy. Whatever. It works. My aunt ran her arm through an old automatic wringer. 'Get the Arnica!' It was applied liberally, and there was no bruising except where it was missed. My mother fell and broke her shoulder. 'Get the Arnica!' We applied it everywhere, and same thing. Only where we missed was there bruising. Seriously, you can't believe this unless you see it for yourself. It's miraculous."

For Muscle Pain "I am a physical therapist, athletic trainer. I was introduced to the product six years ago, and it was very effective for me with my Achilles tendon severe problem. Since then, along with my four-year process of self-rehabilitation, I have used the topical product with success after success over many body parts. So successful was my experience that for 50% of my patients where appropriate, I recommend the product. In these many years, only some patients have stated it did not work, and conversely, many patients come back the next day or next treatment and rave about the effects of the product."

For Inflammatory Conditions "I was diagnosed with grade 2 spondylolisthesis at L4/L5 and degenerative disc disease about 4 years ago. These conditions and the pain caused by them are getting progressively worse. I'm unable to take opioids, gabapentin, Lyrica, or NSAIDs and was desperate for relief. My chiropractor recommended this stuff. It's said to have no drug interactions, and my med list is 32 items long. Much to my great surprise, this stuff actually WORKS!! It doesn't take the pain away completely, but at least I can function. I'm grateful for it."

For Inflammatory Conditions "Arnica cream worked to reduce my joint pains, however, I want to caution it did interfere with blood thinners. I was using it once a day on my knees, back, and thighs. I tested on the fifth day, and my INR was 4.3. Therapeutic in my case is 2.5-3.5."

For Muscle Pain "I had a heart attack 10 years ago and have been on blood-thinner drugs ever since. My skin is fragile and I bruise very easily, with blue patches that spread from the point of contact, even if the bump is quite mild. Arnica in a base of olive oil was recommended to me at a health food store. The rapid rate at which the bruises disappear still amazes me, they are usually gone in 3 to 5 days, whereas it normally takes 1 to 3 weeks without treatment. After reading the reviews, I will try the cream for muscle pain."

For Muscle Pain "I have been using arnica cream for sore muscles, and I have found it to be great. It is all-natural, no smell, and I would highly recommend it. It works in such a short time. I had plantar fasciitis, and it took the pain away."

For Muscle Pain "I have severe nighttime leg cramps and restless legs. Tried a couple of prescriptions, but they didn't help. Arnica salve does. I slather it on before going to bed, and no cramps for a good 6-8 hours. Also great for fibromyalgia aches."

For Muscle Pain "I love arnica topical cream. Put it on at night, and the pain is gone in the morning. However, arnica for someone with a bleeding disorder is dangerous. Arnica can cause bleeding and must be avoided. Already reported to the manufacturer."

For Muscle Pain "I've used both oral doses of homeopathic Arnica Montana (30x), as well as Arnica cream topically on muscles and joints. I don't get as much relief from the oral kind, but it does seem to dull minor to moderate pain. The cream is very effective on muscle and joint pain, making it great for massage. I have even applied it to my temples and forehead for headache pain and found it helps there too. Very effective for lightening and dissipating bruises."

For Muscle Pain "I use arnica gel for stiff muscles, aches, and pains, and it really does work wonders in temporarily relieving the pain. It's no miracle cure to fix more serious problems, but is like a painkiller for specific spots of your body."

For Inflammatory Conditions "I formed substantiative keloids across my chest, shoulders and back. Multiple steroid injections made them grow worse. High potency Arnica extract reversed inflammation and shrunk/flattened all growths. I was also given arnica pills prior to major abdominal surgery in hospital by the surgeon ( in Canada) and it prevented healing complications and no excess scar formation. You have to try arnica to help your keloid scars "

For Inflammatory Conditions "Ok, so honestly I didn't think it would work on my Brown skin, but 100% it did and I'm shocked, I got hit in the face. The first night I didn't have this cream, I was using Coco butter, I googled something's and I came across this arnica cream and read reviews and watched YouTube videos about the arnica cream, though it was not much video, nor picture of people results. I was scared that the comments was a lie when I came across the reviews and mostly everyone loves the gel or cream. But anyway it worked the first night I put it on, my bruise is not entirely gone. I got hit on Sunday and brought them arnica cream on Monday and when I woke the next morning and washed my face I noticed the cream was working. No lie people see results and over night but I suppose it depends on how deep the bruise is mines was kinda light not that deep. but yes it worked for me and I hope it will for sure you... peace and blessings ppl"

For Inflammatory Conditions "Lower back deterioration L5-S1 and neuropathy. I was very skeptical as after 4 steroid injections, chiropractic therapy, acupuncture, Tramadol, etc. I was about ready to agree to surgery. The Arnica pills (sublingually) have decreased my pain "substantially" after 1 day of use. No side effects noted."

For Muscle Pain "Very good especially for bruises and muscle injuries."
For Inflammatory Conditions "My doctor recommended I take arnica 2 tablets every 4 hours to help with bruising post-abdominoplasty. I have had diarrhea, sweats, fast heartbeat, cramping, nausea-all of which can be excruciating following a tummy tuck. I forgot my dose of arnica in the afternoon (post-op day 3), and I started feeling better, my symptoms were lessening. I wondered, “Could it be the arnica?” I didn’t take it for the rest of the day, woke up feeling “great.” I thought in the name of science and curiosity, I wonder if it is the arnica? I took my dose again-let me tell you, 30 minutes later... oh man. Cramps, nausea, diarrhea, no appetite, pain! Yes, I do believe in homeopathic Rx, I’m not trying to dissuade its uses-but listen to your body. I just wanted to post this so if there are others out there who are tirelessly searching the internet about the side effects associated with arnica, they can see that yes, there are possibly side effects that positively suck."
