Beano (alpha-d-galactosidase) for Gas "This medication works really well. I take 2 tablets in the morning, and it is at least 90% effective all day. After all these years, I would not have thought that an over-the-counter medication could work so effectively."

Beano (alpha-d-galactosidase) for Gas "Took one before eating my a few meals (basically a mountain of vegetables) and was incredibly impressed-no discomfort or gas! My husband also felt better even after taking one 45 mins after he ate. Can’t believe I never tried it before!"

Beano (alpha-d-galactosidase) "I find Beano helps lower the amount of gas I develop after eating. I usually take three and chew them up after a meal. I also find it helpful in the middle of the night if I wake up with stomach pain from gas. I also chew three, maybe a couple of times. I might try taking it before a meal as well now that I see that is advised. I'm very grateful to have something that helps. L"

Beano (alpha-d-galactosidase) for Gas "Amyloidosis in GI tract. Helps to prevent gas with almost all fruits and vegetables, I am also following a FODMAP diet."

For Gas "This little pink chewable is great for indigestion. It takes less than 5 minutes for it to relieve you of gas pains and bloating. I don't use anything but this. And a bonus - it tastes great too!"

Beano (alpha-d-galactosidase) for Gas "After one day of use, taking 1 pill before each meal, I spotted blood in the middle of the night. Threw it out - Gas X will work just fine, thanks. (Oh, and it didn't work that well, either.)"

Beano (alpha-d-galactosidase) for Gas "My son was prescribed Beano for gas. After about 3 days of use, he developed petechiae all over his body. He also reported no change in how he felt."
