For Diagnostic Bronchograms "I have chronic bronchitis and the beginnings of emphysema and am a smoker. I'm also prone to ulcers. Since I started taking NAC, I breathe easier and my bronchitis seems to be less "phlemmy". I've had no ulcer attacks. I've been taking it for a bit more than a year. "

For Dietary Supplementation "NAC is scientifically proven to raise glutathione levels and that's why I take it, for liver support. I take a low dose as recommend by my doctor he say most people take way too much. I does have some side effects one is an acidic stomach the other is that it makes me tired. I've switched my dose to night time with food. He said it will take months for it to work so stick with it so I am. Good science behind this supplement!"

For Dietary Supplementation "I was struggling to breathe with COPD and using inhalers continually. Doctor prescribed these tablets - 1 to be taken 4 times daily. Almost immediate relief. I cannot believe how much they improved my breathing by clearing mucus from my lungs. Fantastic!!"

For Expectoration "my mother was taking this drug at 10% with her nebulizer treatment of 3ml albuterol bronchodilator and it was working well. But now hospice has sent the 20% for her to use and it is NOT breaking up the mucus as well. They say that the drug is on backorder for the 10% and she is suffering by what seems to be by using the 20%. I was told by a pulminologist that it must be diluted with a bronchodilator which is the albuterol but in switching to the 20% I'm not sure what the mixture should be."

NAC (acetylcysteine) for Dietary Supplementation "I wanted to share my experience with using NAC as part of my approach to managing high cholesterol. After researching potential solutions, I incorporated Nutraharmony's NAC into my routine. I've been taking NAC for a while now, and it seems to be contributing positively to my cholesterol management journey. While it's not a one-size-fits-all solution, I've noticed some improvements. So, I will continue to monitor my results."

"After an almost fatal bout with COVID in 2019, I developed Sinusitis/Bronchitis. This recurred several times between 2020-2022. I was treated with Corticosteroids, Immunosuppressants, you name it... NOTHING helped. I remembered that many years ago, when I was stationed in Israel, I had sinus/bronchitis problems. I was prescribed effervescent N-Acetylcysteine which helped me. I started taking this again in 2023. Within weeks, most of my symptoms of wheezing and coughing improved. Now, whenever I have sinus problems/bronchitis, this is the go-to medication! This stuff works, but only in the effervescent form."

For Dietary Supplementation "Lungs were clear- no problem before starting NAC pills. I took to clear out liver for 4 or 5 days now I have a chronic cough, feels terrible. I'm coughing while typing this :( and I also read afterwards that this med promotes cell growth as well as tumor growth as it doesn't distinguish the 2 so be careful. Wish I never took it!"

"Got me clean from self-harm, with a lot of therapy too. But it really helped. Kinda tastes awful so that's why it's getting a 9/10. Life-changing medication for me. I'm over 13 months clean, which is longer than I've ever been."

NAC (acetylcysteine) for Dietary Supplementation "Used NAC with quercetin to reduce COVID symptoms. It definitely helped since I took blood thinners and was unable to have the recommended shot. No negative side effects, 600 mg twice a day. It does smell terrible."

"I am 46 years old and have had tension headaches that turned into chronic migraines over the past 10 years. NAC has been a miraculous treatment for combating my migraines and returning to a normal life. I wish every person suffering from migraines today would try this supplement to see if it helps them as it has helped me. After many years of struggling with this condition, I have found relief with NAC. I have always been a very healthy, athletic, and calm person, but with the onset of migraines, I am even stricter. I don't drink alcohol, I don't drink coffee, I eat healthy, I meditate, and despite all this, the migraines were daily. I tried every treatment there could be: acupuncture, yoga, alternative medicine, etc., and took all kinds of medications from painkillers to triptans, treatment with Botox and Emgality, I saw several neurologists but nothing helped until I found NAC. I take only one 600mg pill in the morning; I do not recommend a higher dose because it can disrupt sleep."
