For Premenstrual Syndrome "I'm so irritable before, during, and after my cycle. This is the only medicine that helps with irritability. It also helps give me energy because it has caffeine. Midol does nothing but handle my pain, and my cycle is much more than just pain."

For Premenstrual Syndrome "I have a lot of trouble staying asleep once I finally get to sleep. Multi-Symptom Pamprin, which contains acetaminophen, pamabrom, and pyrilamine maleate, will help me go to sleep, and I will stay asleep for 4 hours, but only 4 hours. For me to get 8 hours, I have to take two more tablets. This is the only over-the-counter drug that works for me. When I was younger, this was the only drug that would alleviate my menstrual cramps."

For Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder "This OTC medication does eventually alleviate the pain and severe cramping for me, but it takes about 2 hours to do so. The pain starts coming back about an hour before I can take the next dose. With this medication having such a high amount of acetaminophen, I'm scared to take the next dose early. I need to investigate alternatives."
