Excedrin Migraine (acetaminophen / aspirin / caffeine) "I take this once I start losing my vision before the headache with a migraine comes on. Usually within about 20 minutes, my vision starts to come back and it dulls the pounding headache pain associated with my migraines. I would definitely recommend if you suffer from migraines. This is a lifesaver for me."

Excedrin Migraine (acetaminophen / aspirin / caffeine) "I had a spinal fluid leak and a spinal headache that resulted in a grand mal seizure after my daughter was born in January 2019. Since then I have had horrendous migraines and headaches. Excedrin Migraine literally works in minutes for me...I woke up this morning at 5am with the worst headache I have felt since she was born, I thought I was going to pass out. I took 2 Excedrin Migraine and within 20 minutes my head felt 99% better. I am still nauseated and fatigued but the pain is gone. So thankful for this medication. I avoid medication at all costs but this is a life saver!"

Goody's Headache Powders (acetaminophen / aspirin / caffeine) "I've taken Goody's Powers and BC Powers off and on for decades. It really does work! It's bad for the stomach, but most all these medicines/drugs/prescriptions are bad for the stomach. It works quickly & affectively.Within 20 minutes or less you will feel the pain subside. I prefer it over the bottles of headache meds. It would be nice it it came in the form of tablets, capsules even gels. If wanting to try, just put the power on the back of your tongue and swallow with a glass of sweet tea or juice. It makes it bearable for those that don't like the taste or can't stand it. I usually drink water, but I'm accustomed to it. That reminds me there's Standback Powers also. Try not to take more than is actually needed... less is better."

Excedrin (acetaminophen / aspirin / caffeine) "Do NOT take if you are even the slightest sensitive to caffeine or have anxiety. I took 2 pills and almost immediately after I experienced the worst brain fog, dizziness, and hand numbness. I had a friend rush me to urgent care because it felt like a near death experience. It was the scariest thing that had ever happened to me"

Excedrin Migraine (acetaminophen / aspirin / caffeine) "I love this stuff. I get really bad anxiety when I'm around people and that anxiety turns into migraines when they're people I don't like. On those days I'm glad I have this stuff. I always keep a bottle near."

Goody's Extra-Strength Headache Powders (acetaminophen / aspirin / caffeine) "I have gotten an ocular migraine 5 times in my life. I haven't had one in 3 years but today out of the blue I got one and it was awful, it also had me vomitting and I took some ibuprofen but couldn't keep it down. My friend had left her goody powder at my house luckily and I decided to try to take that, it tastes awful but it worked in 30-45 minutes. Migraine gone."

Excedrin Migraine (acetaminophen / aspirin / caffeine) "I suffer frequent migraines, with opthalmic migraines as well. When my migraines are hormone-related, this works really well. However, if the migraines are weather-related, these must be combined with mucinex or a Sudafed. Overall, I find Excedrin Migraine to be more effective than prescription migraine medicine. IT REALLY WORKS!!!"

Excedrin Migraine (acetaminophen / aspirin / caffeine) "Excedrin migraine works when nothing else does! I have had severe migraines since I was 5 years old. Tylenol and ibuprofen wouldn’t work. I’ve been so glad that excedrin migraine was invented. After having a glass of water two pills and something to eat (like toast or crackers) It only takes 20 minutes to kick in."

Excedrin Migraine (acetaminophen / aspirin / caffeine) "I get migraines every month or two that are one sided, typically coinciding with my period, and usually after I drink. They aren't completely preventable with the drinking thing because a) they happen occasionally when I don't drink and b) I'm not going to stop drinking. Excederine Migraine is definitely the best medicine I've taken for them, but it doesn't come close to eliminating the pain completely. I've had migraines since I was about 10 or 11, and each one pretty much debilitates me for 24-36 hours, therefore I'm thinking of going for a prescription. "

Excedrin Migraine (acetaminophen / aspirin / caffeine) "I’ve had migraines since I was 16 (now 18) and Excedrin and I have a love hate relationship. When I first started getting migraines I’d take two excedrin, drink a bottle of Mountain Dew and be good to go. The past 6-8 months or so every time I take it my anxiety spikes and I’m not able to stay still or relax. (it could be due to the caffeine in the excedrin and the caffeine in the mountain dew) I’ve had anxiety since I was a kid so it’s weird this is just starting. Also, sometimes it will work and sometimes it won’t. Sometimes I have to take a few month break for it to work again. I use to swear by it but now I’m just kinda meh. Try to avoid taking it if I can."

Excedrin Migraine (acetaminophen / aspirin / caffeine) "I get about 4 migraines/tension headaches per month and have since I was a kid. If caught early enough, I can make do with just caffeine pills and an aspirin, but when things get bad I'm reaching for my Excedrin migraine. I've timed it to 20-25 minutes to fully take effect, if it works. Sometimes, though, it is not quite strong enough and I have to use other methods to calm the pain (dark room, ear plugs, pressure points, etc). My migraines have no aura to speak of- just a little bit of wooziness as a warning- and nausea is mild, so mainly concerned with the pain and accompanying sensitivity to light and sound. Excedrin helps with those at least."

Excedrin Extra Strength (acetaminophen / aspirin / caffeine) "Excedrin has worked wonders!!!! It's fast and it pretty much helps with anything!! I have suffered from headaches, migraines, neck, shoulder, and back pain. It gives me relief from it all. For women if you have bad menstrual pain this is the number 1 go to pill for me. It works quick and I use it for anything I can think of dealing with pain. I use the off brand sometimes but this one works best but the off brand is fine to try to see if it works and then after testing it I got this and even more results. I'm a 25 year old Navy Veteran with pain from military injuries and I tell you this is the Best!!!"

Excedrin gets rid of my pain in 20 minutes and I can go about my day. You could get stomach ulcers is from taking too much of it or taking it every day. It’s meant to be used every once in a while. Also had a fever and it got rid of it and my body aches in 20 minutes."

Excedrin (acetaminophen / aspirin / caffeine) "Ive struggled with headaches for as long as I can remember and nothing worked for me. When I found excedrin, I was hooked to the fact that it was the best. I've never use anything else since. I have introduced everyone I know to it and they always come to me, because they know I always got a bottle of excedrin with me. I just wanted to say Thank You. Your product has made headaches to me just a pain that soon go away when I take my excedrin."

Excedrin (acetaminophen / aspirin / caffeine) "I've had terrible migranes since I was 5 years old sometimes lasting 4 days and I'm 18 now, I've taken everything you can think of all of which had absolutely no effect on the migraine at all! I found excedrin at a dollar general and I only to half a dose and within 15 min my migrane was completley gone. It's like Magic. To bad it took me 11 years to find it!"

Excedrin Migraine (acetaminophen / aspirin / caffeine) "I've had Chronic migraine since age 13. Now 75. This is the best migraine relief I have ever used. It is effective 95% of the time and usually works in about 30 minutes. A positive side effect is increased ability to concentrate (when precursors subside), a burst of creative insight for new story ideas, and easier access to decades-gone memories. Has anybody else experienced this? Will increasing the dosage increase the creativity? Is there a downside?"

Goody's Extra-Strength Headache Powders (acetaminophen / aspirin / caffeine) "I have used Goody’s since I was 18. I get migraines so bad that if I didn’t take a goody before the migraine kicked in, then I have to set in the dark, deal with nausea, and most importantly miss time out with family. The migraines would get so bad that my head would be so sore. All of this was due to the depo shot. I tried a Goody powder and it was amazing that I could take one right when I felt one coming on and it would stop it. Now not even two will touch my migraines. The taste is bitter the package is not easily opened and not convenient at all. The other package they was in, were so easy to take and now you literally have to tap the pack to take it. They suck and I have been taking them for over 20 years now. I won’t be buying them anymore. Sincerely your unhappy ex customer, Lilbit."

Goody's Extra-Strength Headache Powders (acetaminophen / aspirin / caffeine) "I have been a long user of Goody Headache powder. In my opinion it is the quickest and surest way to cure an annoying headache. I will say though, that I despise the new packaging. They are NOT more convientent in the least and impossible to get all the Goody out of. Horrible decision."

Excedrin (acetaminophen / aspirin / caffeine) "Great migraine/headache relief. I never had a headache before I turned 30, but I have had tons of morning allergy related headaches/migraines. Nothing helped until I tried excedrin migraine forumula or extra strength (both have the same ingredients). Often get relief from one pill. It has a mix of caffeine, aspirin, and tylenol that works great."

Vanquish (acetaminophen / aspirin / caffeine) "As someone whose been experiencing severe chronic aura migraines (5-7 days/week) since age 10 (17 now), I have tried a lot of different pain medications. Due to my hEDS, drugs such as acetaminophen and Excedrin work for some months before I grow a tolerance to them. I tried everything: lowering my dosage, taking fewer pain meds, going cold turkey and trying again a month later, but alas nothing seemed to work until I heard about Vanquish. I've been taking Vanquish for a little less than a year now and my dosage of 2 pills still works within 30 minutes-1 hour with no noticeable side effects. Unfortunately, Vanquish is not a miracle drug and after taking it, I still usually have a slight headache and the occasional visual aura, but it has allowed me to live my life again. My only suggestion is to avoid taking it with Benadryl. I had an allergic reaction and needed it an hour after taking Vanquish, leading to an experience I can only imagine is comparable to taking copious amounts of meth"

Excedrin (acetaminophen / aspirin / caffeine) "I had been having some bad headaches for a few days, so I decided to take Excedrin. Took 2 pills & drank a cup of coffee thinking the extra caffeine would help. Headache was still there so I took 1 more Excedrin a few hours later. Bad idea. I felt sick to my stomach all night. My heart was racing but I couldn't sit still because I was jittery & anxious from the caffeine. Felt like I was going to pass out. Very scary. Almost called 911."
