"I started taking Excedrin Extra Strength just every morning for pain. I ran out of my regular over-the-counter pain medicine. After taking this for 3 days in a row I started having rapid heart rate and palpitations, lethargy, and the ringing in my ear got a lot worse I already have tinnitus and vertigo along with Meniere's Disease. I was nauseated, shaking, and dizzy. All these side effects made it hard to even sit up, or do much of anything. Definitely a bad reaction. I did help with the everyday pain I have when I wake up but not worth taking with the side effects. Believe possible allergic reaction."

"I love this medication Excedrin extra strength I take it for migraines, fever, pain, and colds or flu. It has worked wonders. In 20 minutes I'm already feeling the pill work if it's with fever it makes you sweat like crazy the fever it takes away pain and it gives me the energy to do things even if I have a killer cold."

"This is an amazing drug for knocking out flu aches for around 4 hours or so. I only take one caplet as I'm concerned about the potential liver and heart damage from NSAIDS. I approached this medicine very carefully but nothing works quite as well! I made sure to eat a little food with it even though I wasn't hungry. A pleasant effect was that after it kicked in, I was much more interested in eating which I think is important for healing."

"BC I have a Morena birth control, headaches are a side effect and can be as painful as a migraine. I ran out of IBU so my husband told me to get more but try Excedrin. My headache was gone w/I 30 min and I had energy. I'm never going back to IBU again. Plus 4 hours later, my headache is still gone, no need to pop more pills!"
