Is zyrtec 10 mg ok in the morning and hydroxyzine hcl 25 mg ok at night?

Taken together they could cause some effects like dizziness or drowsiness but since you're taking one in the morning and the other at night you should be fine. Try to space them out as much as possible... like 8am for the Zyrtec and 8pm for your hydroxyzine.
