How do you taper off of citalopram 30 mg once a day?

The best way is with a tapering schedule provided by your doctor.
Some people can stop with no discontinuation symptoms but many people do have problems if they stop abruptly or too fast.
I wouldn't trust Internet advice given by non-professional people!
