Can you take sumatriptan on an empty stomach?

I've taken Sumatriptan for many years and frequently taken it on an empty stomach. I've had no issues and it won't cause any type of stomach upset like many other medications can do on an empty stomach.

Sumatriptan tablets can be taken with or without food.
