I’ve used Lidocaine patches and can tell you what my Doctor told me when it didn’t help. The patches only work for ‘shallow pain’. You didn’t say if you know what’s causing the chest pain. If I knew more about the origin of the problem it would be easier to figure out if Lidocaine could help.
