Why can’t you lie down before 10 min after taking clindamycin?

Because it can cause irritation of the esophagus, the fact of lying down, the antibiotic can remain blocked in the esophagus, I also advise you to take a large glass of water with the antibiotic to facilitate the transit through stomach.
