If I been taking hydroxyzine 25 mg 2-3 times throughout the day for anxiety (usually every 4 hours), would it be safe to take an oxycodone 20mg at night time? Or how long after my last dose of hydroxyzine should I wait?
Can you take hydroxyzine and oxycodone?

I am RX’d both and have no problem. However talk to your Dr first
So I went ahead and went through with it and I would say for a short period of time I did feel a little shortness of breath, but not sure if that was caused by the drug interaction or if caused by me overthinking the situation causing my anxiety to act up and having a panic attack. But at the end of the day I was okay and this morning I am perfectly fine. But I would not recommend it, you should ask a pharmacist first, as I did not and just did it.
You were lucky this time.
All drugs... prescription, OTC, even herbals and "natural" products can have serious side effects and dangerous interactions.
Someone is nuts to take combinations without the guidance of their doctor or pharmacist.
These are for two different things so unless your doctor or pharmacist says no then im sure you can. I would check with the pharmacist first to see if any interactions.
Hi, Sanch! The Drugs.com Interaction Checker indicates a major problem with this combination:

You should consult with your doctor before taking them.
