I have gone gluten-free and use the dicyclomine. I am trying to decide if gluten-free is enough, but fear not using the dicyclomine daily.
Do you take dicyclomine as a lifetime preventative or only occassionally?

It would probably depend on whether you actually have an allergy to gluten or have gone gluten free in order to help IBS. If you have IBS, you should probably continue to use the dicyclomine since you will probably always have flare -ups. If you have celiac's disease, you could stop taking it and see how it goes. Hope this helps.
Thanks. I went gluten free to help IBS.
