I've been taking it for 4 months & wake up after 3 hours of sleep & cannot fall asleep again.
How do you deal with the insomnia that comes with using Parnate?

Well, usually that side effect goes away by 4 months. Since yours has not, I recommend taking your Parnate earlier in the day. You will definitely sleep better. Good luck!
