Can you take baclofen for menstrual cramps?

Baclofen is meant for very serious muscle spasticity from complications of autoimmune diseases, such as MS, not for menstrual cramps.
Buy some Midol or Ibuprofen, or if your cramps are truly hellacious see your Gynecologist.
Best wishes to you, hope your doc figures out why your cramps are so bad.

Baclofen isn't really indicated for the treatment of menstrual cramps. However, your doctor may know more about its use.
