By now you should be pretty far into your treatment, I am on day 13. I met with the clinical pharmacist and she calls me once a week to check in, (good medical coverage)she recommended I take it in the morning because some patients were reporting difficulty sleeping. I'm doing good, just have to remember to drink lots of liquids. Best of luck to you.
Don't be scared, the new therapies are far, far kinder than the old ones. I took mine before bed.
How are you doing with the Epclusa?
I took the predecessor Harvoni (+Ribavirin) for type 1a, which is still Sofosbuvir based but with a different second component. Epclusa was a leap forward in that it treats the hard to treat type 3 genotype with reported 100% success.
All the rules on side effects apply, water for that persistent headache.
PS. was pronounced cured at 6 months post treatment (6 month sustained virological response)
Hello, how was it taking Epclusa before bed? I am starting Epclusa this weekend and am trying to figure out the best time of day to take it to minimize side effects. Thanks.
