No it won't show up and as far as I know it shouldn't cause any false positives for anything else. I've been taking random drug tests for a while now and when I was taking remeron it never showed up even when it was sent off to a lab. I took it for a few months for insomnia but I no longer take it. Its an anti-depressant so I don't think they will ever test for it unless whoever is testing you asks but that is very unlikely. Its not a commonly abused drug and not addictive so the chances of somebody testing for it are very slim to none.
