its white, round, absolutely no imprint and rather thick, any suggestions?

In order to ID a pill/capsule they must have an imprint , without it , it is impossible to ID them online.
I suggest you take it to your local pharmacy, perhpas the Pharmacist / Chemist may be able to help you out.
