I believe it to be a pain killer. It isn't a light blue color but rather almost a navy blue.
What is this round blue pill with ABC 15 on it?

Are you sure it isnt ABG 15? That would be Morphine Sulfate extended release 15 mg. It is a darker navy blue. Look carefully and see if it is actually a "G" instead of a "C". If it is ABG 15, you have the morphine 15mg long acting.
