It is rather big. I'm trying to make sure pharmacy didnt give me the wrong medicine. Friend says it's not pain medicine that its cold and cough medicine.

Imprint "TCL 280" is an OTC drug used to treat cough & nasal congestion. Primary ingredients: Guaifenesin 400mg and Dextromethorphan 20mg.
