It will be a tablet manufactured by Collins, a pharmaceutical company in Mexico.
Their peacock logo and a list of products is available at: collins.com.mx/principal/lista_resultados.php?productos=P
They do not put identifying imprints on their tablets or capsules so it is hard to say exactly what your tablet is.
