What is the shelf life of prednisone?

Answers

Official Answer Medically reviewed by Drugs.com. Last updated on Nov 12, 2020.

It depends on the manufacturer and the batch number of the product. If your packaging does not have batch number and expiry date then contact your pharmacy who dispensed it to you for that information.

If there is any uncertainty as to its expiry it is best to discard the medicine.
