I haven’t been able to find much on the website or other informational sites about the continuing use of Plan B as an alternative method for birth control. I had an issue with random high blood pressure from stress so my primary was reluctant to put me back on regular birth control. I’m 37, fairly healthy, and I haven’t had my period in about 3 months. I took a pregnancy test last month and it was negative and have had spotting a few times for a day or two but very minor. My period was usually pretty sporadic sometimes coming randomly between 4-6 weeks or coming on time but only lasting 3-4 days. I hope I didn’t screw my body up too bad. I bought a 6 pack of generic plan b on Amazon and I took them about once a week for a 6-8 week period when I was in a relationship. It’s been a good month or two since I have stopped taking it but still no period. However I do still feel like I’ve been cranky and crampy around my “normal” time of the month. Is this something I should be super worried about. My ob/gyn didn’t really seem concerned but she’s new at the practice I go to, and I didn’t want to get into too much detail with her once I felt like she was just trying to rush and get me out of her exam room. Any help or guidance/ advice would be greatly appreciated and I’m sure someone out there has some experience with this. Thanks so much.
What can happen from taking Plan B (or generic) 3-4 in a month?

One dose is a huge dose of artificial hormone for your body to process. 2 doses in a month can cause hormonal imbalance for months, in some women.
To have taken as many doses as you have, in so little time, it could take your body quite some time to get back to its normal pattern. You could experience a mixture of hormonal symptoms, including no periods, very heavy bleeding, spotting, mood swings etc. It's not possible to know what your exact, personal symptoms will be. It's not designed to be used that frequently, so you may find things could be unpredictable for quite some time.
