What does it mean when it says 500mg-10mg does that mean its 10mg? or something else?

It means the narcotic in the pill is 10mg, and the higher number is most often the Tylenol in the med.

it means the main drug in the tablet is 500mg per tablet and the 10mg is an additional drug contained in the same tablet
