Hi, Monacat!
"Common (1% to 10% of users): Cardiac arrhythmias, edema, flushing, hypertension, hypotension, palpitations"
It's common when first starting the medication and after dosage increases... and your dose was doubled. Side effects generally resolve with a week or so rarely a little longer, If it persists after that let your doctor know. It's important so that they can monitor your response to the drug.
Thank you for your response I overthink everything and have medicine anxiety.
