No weight change for me but be forewarned it is one of the most difficult drugs to get off of.

Hi, Suzan!
Weight changes with Pristiq can go either way... loss or gain. Since it can also decrease appetite it would be more likely to cause a loss in some cases:
"Common (1% to 10% of users): Decreased appetite, decreased weight, increased weight"
This also means that 90-99% of users will experience no weight change at all.
