When I look up the drug Eliquis in the drug interaction section, it says I should not take Vitamin D3 while taking Eliquis, but when I look up Vitamin D3 in the drug interaction section it does not say anything about not taking Vitamin D3 while taking Eliquis. I'm confused. Can I take Vitamin D3 while taking Eliquis or not?

My cardiologist suggested I take D3 along with Eliquis. I suspect my D3 was low from my most recent blood work. I’ve been taking them together for almost two years with no complications and good D3 results.
Click on the link, they do not interact:

What should I avoid while taking Eliquis?
Avoid activities that may increase your risk of bleeding or injury. Use extra care to prevent bleeding while shaving or brushing your teeth.
Avoid medications that can increase your risk of bleeding, such as aspirin or NSAIDs (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs)- ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), naproxen (Aleve), diclofenac, indomethacin, meloxicam, and others.
Both the National Institutes of Health Office of Dietary Supplements and the Agency for Health Care Research and Quality do not list any negative interactions between vitamin D supplements and blood thinners.
