This depends on how low you are. It could take months to get built up. Stick with it and you should definately see an improvement...
Hi, I'm kind of curious because i have been experiencing some bone/joint pains on and off since mid august..but the aches have been getting more and more painful;( Are there any suggestions. What should I look for or ask in terms of any tests, etc.
what if you cant afford vit d as im very low also, my dr wants me on a 50,000 units is this really neccessary, i cant be in the sun not even for 10mins without feeling like im on fire or getting sick to my stomach.
Wow, I thought I was the only one that feels this way. My dr. perscribed vitamin D 50,0000 for me, works really well. I take it once a week for now about three months now. I can't take direct sunlight, it has me feeling like i'm going to burst into flames or a little sick, ... so here's to fellin like a vampire.
You can also get vitamin D2 or D3 over the counter. Feeling better is well worth it. My experience was that before taking it, my fatigue and pain got worse. Low vitamin d is also linked to anxiety and depression.
