You will NOT stay erect, but the refractory period is greatly reduced. After having sex in the evening, I can (and do) easily get an erection well into the next morning.

No one here can predict your response to Viagra. Your doctor may prescribe it in the hope it works but even he/she cannot tell you definitively yes or no.
