Oh boy... valium stays on any standard urinalysis for-EVER. Seriously ,I've worked at a rehab and that's my source of info. It will show up for up to 6-7weeks. Good news here is that they will both come up as benzodiazepines. If u have a script for one, no one will bother testing it further. Good luck, and try not messing with these nasty little pills, sometimes I can hardly believe these are still on the market...
Did you ever figure this out? I have the same question lol
To be clear, YES, especially Kaiser, can tell the difference btwn Valium and Klonopin. I thought benzos were benzos. Till a friend talked me into loaning her my Klonopin and she repaid with Valium. Big mistake. My prhysician told me that Valium has markers that Klonpin dosent have. I almost lost the respect of my family doc for such a stupid mistake
Unfortunately they are both benzodiazepine. So My guess would be yes. It's like taking a urine sample for booze ! Hopefully u have an. Rx. If not since you have 5 days prior there are some great excuses. Everybody has stress and this class of drugs is not considered to be an illegal street drug. Then there is always doing a 3-4 day cleanse . I would suggest one of those detox teas. (So expensive though ) or another option would be a kombucha cleanse. U may find kombucha at whole foods ... The cherry chia seed is the one u want. It's pricey too... But so yummy.
My husband has been making it for ten years. If u lived close to Los Gatos California . I would give u some ! Good luck dear ... Don't stress ! It you'll have to take more pills !!!
to whoever this is for IF YOU DO NOT have a prescription from a physician and you have benzo's of any type in your system it is concidered a street drug
and illegal to have in your blood,or pocket.your in trouble as if it is a illegal drug dea rates these as close to a sch.2,3,4, have a good lawyer.
Chuck Wise pharmacy Technician as far as a job test you well likly loose your job it would only be if you got caught with these being pulled over driving ect good luck my friend
Hi chuck. I don't know why I said that. I know better. Of course any prescription drug taken without an RX would be against the law.
I contradicted myself when I went on about how to get it out of your system.
sorry bout that...
I do have a prescription for it
This email is for Chuck I do have a prescription for Klonopin but I had left them at my mother's home so I took one Valium first one in 20 years so I could sleep so I don't think I need a lawyer I think I need an answer to my damn question calm down please
Rude Jude; Sorry you can't tell from some of the people that ask some of these question's I am very sorry it sounds like you are the type that does need these. As I do. JUST so you know when they run a test it's not looking for just one drug both of those would come up as the same just that you have taken a benzo. be it Klonopin or Valium. I was really surprised I had my first drug test about 3 months ago and it made me feel like a junkie. darn system. Hope you have a great day and again I'M sorry if I came off wrong. always happy to help you when they are legit questions. At this time I'm still having problems with my eyes from chemotherapy and it's a bit hard to read but I should not make you feel bad because I am.
INDYGIRL38 it well come up just as a benzodiazipine unless the doctor runs a very specific test which you would have to give them reason for they do this often just to make sure some people are taking there meds or if its a job test they won't care if you do have a rx for one or the other but you really should not be taking both unless you have reason from the doctor.

They may just show as benzos, but some tests can differentiate between them.
