I am elderly woman with thyroid disease, osteoarthritis, spinal stenosis and I take lots of medicines and supplements. So I am wondering what may be causing brown stains in underwear and pads I use? I have incontinence and need to wear pads because of it. And it has quite an odor to it also. Could you help me please

Hi, the color is likely to be a combination of things. Firstly, supplements are largely excreted in urine as they are eliminated or pass through your system unused. I also suspect that due to incontinence that you may consume less fluid than you really should which leads to abnormal urine concentration and hence, further staining and increased odor.
