Can udderly smooth udder cream be used on the scrotum of a human for chapped skin issue?

I wouldnt see why not but it may burn when applied though. Be sure you are not allergic to any ingredient.

Actually, you might be better served with a moisturizing ointment from the "diaper rash" area of the drug store. Something like A & D ointment may work better and wont burn on the sensitive scrotal skin.
