It is instant release, 50 mg strength.
You’re sure? I read this exact link that you sent and it didn’t say “immediate release” anywhere and I just want to make sure I’m not going to accidentally take an extended release. Thank you for your response!
If it were ER, it would say this pill is extended release such as the following:
Pill with imprint PAR 822 is White, Round and has been identified as Tramadol Hydrochloride Extended Release 200 mg. It is supplied by Par Pharmaceutical Inc..

Yours says:
