Can these two be taken together since both are metabolized by the cytochrome enzyme P450.

It is my understanding that prescription medications and CBD should be taken 2-4hrs apart minimizing any risk of liver or kidney damage, in addition to lessening the efficacy of either one or both compounds.
Questions about prescription medications should always go through your doctor first. Even if he/she is unaware of the interactions they can still keep track of your lab work and make a more informed decision based on 100% of how your body is reacting. Good luck with that back pain. Ok thank you. I’m tapering off 50 mg of tramadol and have been thinking of taking CBD for the back pain I’ve been having. I don’t want to stay on tramadol
