I have sever allergies to asprin and ibuprophen. I had back surgery l5s1 disc ectopy (sp? ) and still have much pain in lower back. Looking for a pain medication that will help releive the pain especially at night when I sleep. Looking to see if this is a good pain medication to ask my doctor about.
Tramadol 50 mg tablet: is there any asprin or ibuprophen in this medication?

Ask your doctor to give you his cut on the meds he gives you once. I am curious if it is still the same as before. Give them this new med. If they have side effects give them this one ect. Ect. Anyone else ever actually hear that before. Asking for a friend

The only version of Tramadol other than the original 'Tramadol only', is one that contains Paracetamol, but none are combined with Aspirin or Ibuprofen
Right, the Rx 'Ultracet' is a combination of Tramadol & Acetaminophen. Ultram is Tramadol only.
The only active ingredient is tramadol.
Tramadol does not contain Aspirin or Ibuprofen or anything of the like.
YMMV for pain relief with it, but many pain patients have success with it. Asking your doctor about it is a good idea and best wishes!
