Did increasing the dosage kick start the weight loss? I'm on 25mg at night for almost a week now, but am starving, am constipated and can't sleep and feel like I'm gaining weight!

I think you're actually thirsty... my doctor told me to drink a TON of water when taking this drug such that when you pee its clear during the day. That will help with the constipation too. I have a 32oz water bottle that I just take everywhere with me and I have learned I don't drink enough when I have a regular glass. I've only been on it for 3 weeks and I'm on it for nerve damage/back pain. As for the sleeping... I got really hot temp wise at night and I found that turning the A/C on in the bedroom helped me sleep better... I have a hard time falling asleep though.
