Hello,
Typically, most of my patients take it in the morning. That's when they feel they get the most benefits from it. Besides, you typically urinate much more during the day then you do at night.

even thou I take blood pressure meds in the am?

As long as you take the recommended dose of both medications you will be fine. A large amount of Alfuzosin can cause low blood pressure which will be exacerbated with blood pressure medication.
