TEVA clonazepam is the only one that works for me and a lot of you.
Has anyone else been emailing them to get it back? Here’s an update:
Email from 4/20/19-all keep emailing to bring TEVA clonazepam back!
Thank you for contacting Teva Pharmaceuticals Customer Service Department. We have recently been notified that we are hoping to have the original Teva Clonazepam available within approximately the next 3 to 4 months, mid to late summer. Since the product has been unavailable for many months, it will need to be reintroduced. The best way to be notified when this product is available is to go to our tevagenerics.com website. On the main page is a box that says ‘Get Informed’. Putting your email address in this box will notify you any time a new product launches with Teva. That will be the most efficient way for you to be notified when this product becomes available.
I hope this information has been helpful in addressing your concerns. Please feel free to call us at 1-800-545-8800 or email at tevacs@tevapharm.com if you have any additional questions. Thank you very much for contacting us and please enjoy the rest of your day.
Best regards,

I just got my RX for Teva 1mg clonazepam, I've been on the brand name for about 2 years now. I do feel a difference I think Teva is stronger than the brand. I feel more tired, but I think I just need to get used to it. I also talked with the clinical team before I filled my RX and they said that the ingredients had not changed from the original formula. I'm so happy to not have to pay $500 for the name brand anymore! I use clonazepam as an anticonvulsant, paired with keppra. none of the other generics worked for me, so happy to have Teva back!

Can you let us know how this version of Teva compares to the old one? I've heard that the new Tevas are not the same as the old one (they may be using the formula of one of the manufacturers they've acquired, and not their original formula). I'd love to hear how this formulation is working for you.

I would like to know if anyone is using the new Teva 2mg with success. The 1mg are garbage. I have been taking the 2mg for 11 years and did great. I have some 5-6 year Teva which were working but quit after a period of major stress and taking beta lactam antibiotics. I am taking Brand right now and trying to stabilize. I have the 2mg Teva, but am afraid to even try them as I hear the new ones are not good. I do know that the .5mg seem to be fine. I wish they would left well enough alone.

The new white teva 2mg are working really well for me. I was on xanax for 13 year's. Ended up switching and no lie thank God Teva is back in the game. Big time life saver and work great for me. So good that most day's I'll take 1 in the morning and I'm good all-day. Big time life saver
Who has tried the new .5mg Teva Clonazepam? Has anyone had a positive reaction to the new old formula. I really would love to hear from anyone who has . Sometimes I can read others bad experiences and it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy for me

I do 2 times a day and it works fine dont let other people tell you otherwise had it tested in a lap and paid 2500 to get it done it works and it's the same
As of 9/27/19 I am receiving my first script of Teva 1.0 original formula. I’m finding that pharmacy’s inside hospitals seem to have them. Most pharmacy are under contract to sell off the Teva Actius before they can sell the original formula. Good luck and soon you will have a Med that works, what a strange long trip this was..but we did it...

Most independent Pharmacies have it as well or are more willing to order it for you unlike chain Pharmacies like CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, etc.

I don't know why my comment didn't post but most Independent Pharmacies have it as well. Or your Pharmacy may have to call to order it from their distributor, if their distributor doesn't have it they can call TEVA about ordering it. Most chain pharmacies like CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, etc. will only use what brand their distributor sends to them and won't let you request TEVA Brand, if that's the case then your doctor may have to put TEVA brand necessary in order to get it ordered.

Just got off the phone with Teva. Just a heads up for all of us out there. Whether you loved or hated the Actavis brand, they discontinued it today. So we all need to adjust yet again whether we wanted to or not. Wish everyone the best of luck.

I see a lot of people saying the old TEVA formula they brought back is not working. Have you ever thought that your body has to adjust to the TEVA brand again and that you have to let the Actavis brand get completely out of your system? I was on Actavis for 3 months and I know it builds up in the system so therefore it is going to take time to completely leave the body as you are also readjusting to the TEVA brand again. I have only been on it going on 2 days now. I have had this issue before when I was not on any Clonazepam at all and when I restarted it took a while to get the euphoric peaceful calm feelings back.

I personally called the distributor that my Pharmacy uses and since I am not the Pharmacy or a Pharmacist with an account with them they were limited in what they could tell me. They do have TEVA formula but she confirmed that it is true that before they can release it to the Pharmacies that there are protocols that have to take place. Once those protocols/processes are complete then they will make it available for the Pharmacy to order it. And that it can take a while for those protocols to be completed. She told me that my pharmacy can call them and they can give them more detailed information. This was last week when I called them.

0.5mg is out now and ill be trying it tonight i hope it goes well i have never stopped taking the 0.5mg i had some left over so i hoping they are the same has anyone else taken the 0.5mg yet of the new TEVA
I too have emailed and received a similar email. I hope it’s going to be able to happen. I read online that TEVA wasn’t doing very well financially.
I sent another email recently, politely inquiring if it’s still the plan to reintroduce them, I need to scan through my emails to see if they replied.
I will keep updated and hopefully anyone also affected by this can help keep updates here.
Btw, accord is absolutely nightmarish garbage. It takes double just to get break through anxiety relief. And what is with the extremely deeply pigmented dye? I can’t take it sublingually (doctor gave permission to do so) because it turns my entire mouth and teeth bright ink blue.
Actavis is better thank goodness. But it’s still not the REAL TEVA quality that changed my life for the better. I’ve had my social anxiety and just all anxiety come RAGING BACK ever since the discontinue of the original. Not even being biased, I didn’t even connect the dots until I was having brain zaps (common for withdrawal from a medicine) despite having zero medication change, other than the swap to the garbage junk.

Hi, thank you for your information. Looks like mid to late summer. The bottle I received this month states MFR ACTAVIS/TEVA. I actually like these ones. They are the round, yellow tablets with 34 on the front. They work better for me than the original TEVA I used to get. But, like everyone say, we are all different. :) .
