Terconazole - I was wondering how long after u insert the medication that u have to wait to go to?

You should put it in at bedtime and lay down as soon as possible. You can get up to use the restroom but you should lay back down. It will slowly coat the inside and kill the yeast and drain out. Don't be alarmed if it comes out the next day, it is supposed to.
