After 6 days of taking Contrave I’ve had some constipation. Today I am very bloated and my weight has increased. Is bloating a side effect as well? How can I help this?

Yes, constipation is a common side effect of this medication. Constipation can lead to being bloated.
I suggest you ask your Pharmacist which laxative he/she recommends and let him/her know the situation is with the medication Contrave.
