If I take a 50mg tramadol in the morning (if needed) , is it ok for me to take a 1mg Xanax later in the day?

Hi, Lunagirl!
Those are fairly low doses but I wouldn't take them unless your doctor prescribed them or you talk to them for professional advice. Some of the tramadol will stay in your system for a day or so so there could be an interaction.

Some people will be telling you that they take them with no problem but to safe you should make sure it's okay first. Only your doctor knows you and your history.
