I took Plan B two weeks ago. My period was supposed to come today and it hasn’t. I have NO side effects like everyone else had. I am nervous but trying not to google! Did anyone else have no symptoms and the pill still worked?
I have no symptoms from the Plan B pill. Is that OK?

I should add, yes I took the pill within the 72 hour window (about 38-40 hours after), and I did have some side effects a few days after, but they totally went away. I have a very minimal amount of breast tenderness the last couple days- but super tolerable.

Side effects don't tell you whether or not Plan B prevented pregnancy. Some people get them, sometimes. I have sometimes had side effects, & sometimes not, after I used Plan B. I did not become pregnant on any occasion, but don't know for certain that I would have done, had I not used Plan B.
On the other hand, I speak to women who both do & don't have side effects, yet become pregnant. The side effects don't seem to mean a lot.
The only emergency contraceptive pill proven can prevent pregnancy during the 24 hours around ovulation, itself, is Ella (Ulipristal Acetate) (you can see that on the Manufacturer's website), but even that one isn't guaranteed. Plan B may work at that time, but it has not been proven.
