Anybody switched from Ozempic to Rybelsus ? The doctor switched me due to the Ozempic stocks problems. I was taking Ozempic 0.5 mg to and given Rybelsus 3 mg and 7 mg. Didn’t know what dosage should I take and started with 3 mg instead of 7/14 mg corresponding to Ozempic 0.5 mg. So for 2-3 weeks everything went crazy glycemia values up to 240. I started to take 14 mg and after a week the values are going down. My question is how exactly do you switch from Ozempic 0.5 to Rybelsus in a safe way? Thanks!

"Dosing information
Usual Adult Dose for Diabetes Type 2:
Initial dose: 3 mg taken orally once a day for 30 days, then increase to 7 mg taken orally once a day.
Titration: If additional glycemic control is needed after receiving 7 mg/day for at least 30 days, the dose may increase to 14 mg orally once a day.
Maintenance dose: 7 to 14 mg orally once a day.
Maximum dose: 14 mg/day (taking two 7 mg tablets to achieve a 14 mg dose is not recommended)."
These are just the suggested doses and time frame. Is your doctor aware of the problems you're having? This is critical and you must get professional advice.
